• Targeted Prospecting: Identify, research, and map high-potential companies and key decision-makers across the EMEA region. • Cold Outreach: Proactively initiate contact with prospects through cold calling, tailored email campaigns, and social selling. • Relationship Building: Engage C-level executives and key stakeholders, building strong relationships. • Value Proposition: Educate prospects on the strategic opportunities of our global hiring solution. • Deal Execution: Draft and follow up on commercial proposals, navigate objections, and drive the sales process forward. • Pipeline Management: Maintain high-quality data and detailed interaction logs in Salesforce. • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of industry-related developments and maintain a sharp entrepreneurial drive.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, finance, or international relations discipline. • 2–4 years’ experience in a dedicated outbound/hunting sales role, with a proven track record of meeting quotas and successfully selling to C-Level executives. • Demonstrated proficiency in modern outbound sales strategies, including multi-channel sequence building, advanced cold calling, and high-conversion social selling techniques.
