📋 Description

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for new and existing product features from concept through shipment • Contribute to and help maintain the Figma design system, including consistent components and patterns • Partner with product managers and engineers throughout product development, from requirements through implementation and QA • Conduct lightweight user research and usability checks • Incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements • Prepare polished, developer-ready designs and specifications • Stay engaged during implementation to protect design quality • Translate complex workflows such as multi-entity onboarding and payroll operations into simple interfaces • Report directly to the Head of Product

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating product/UX design thinking, including process and not just polish • Proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design fundamentals • Clear communication skills to explain design decisions and take feedback • Comfort working asynchronously and independently as part of a distributed, remote-first team • Interest in B2B/SaaS products, payroll, HR tech, or workforce management is a plus, but not required • Recent graduates, bootcamp graduates, and self-taught designers with a compelling portfolio are encouraged to apply
