âą Managing inbound calls from and outbound calls to patients, providers, and healthcare insurance companies regarding inquiries, appointments, and data verification âą Maintaining great phone etiquette âą Helping with denials and follow-ups. âą Correcting denial claims and resubmitting claims âą Submitting electronic and paper claims to primary, secondary, and third-party insurance companies. âą Recording and verifying explanation of benefits âą Providing administrative support that includes: a) data entry and b) verifying insurance, follow-ups, and authorizations, and c) following up on and conducting collections as to outstanding balances and receivables

âą Interested in US Healthcare Claims Customer Service âą Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills âą Customer service experience in Insurance Billing âą HIPAA Certification is a plus âą Excellent time management âą Strong attention to detail âą Impartial âą Highly organized âą Computer savvy âą Great work attitude and willingness to go the extra mile âą Open to working night shifts
