📋 Description

• Coordinate Auto Transports: Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers. • Ad-Hoc Support: Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed. • Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication. • Customer Communication: Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as French, Polish, or Lithuanian are a significant plus). • Growth-Oriented: Interest in expanding responsibilities and growing within the company.
