📋 Description

• Talent Sourcing: utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract qualified candidates within LatAm • Candidate Screening: conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit • Applicant Tracking: manage candidate pipelines and applicant tracking systems • Relationship Building: build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners • Recruitment Strategy: collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement recruitment strategies • Diversity and Inclusion: promote diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout recruitment • Onboarding Support: facilitate background checks, coordinate training sessions, and assist with new hire orientation • Performance Metrics: track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate effectiveness • Compliance: ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a recruiter with at least 2 years' experience • Experience recruiting in a remote or virtual environment (preferred) • Knowledge of the local market and recruitment attraction technics • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Proactive and results-oriented mindset • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations • Previous experience recruiting in marketing & support functions an advantage • Comfortable conducting business in English
