📋 Description

• Support the administrative side of contract negotiations and renewals. • Provide administrative assistance such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, and organizing documents. • Coordinate and manage schedules for team members. • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries. • Maintain accurate records and databases. • Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting documents. • Coordinate travel logistics for team members. • Manage and prioritize tasks and deadlines. • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients. • Collaborate with team members to support various projects. • Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• German Language Skills (B2 or higher) • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Proactive and self-motivated, able to work independently and take initiative in completing tasks. • Reliable internet connection and access to necessary equipment for remote work. • High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. • A bachelor's degree or relevant certification is a plus.
