📋 Description

• Join the development team, taking ownership of work items for implementation each Sprint • Perform multidisciplinary software development activities with a focus on quality and maintainability, including requirements, analysis and design, coding, configuration management, testing and deployment • Manage your own work and promptly notify the team of any delays or impediments • Develop new features for a robust, scalable product used daily by thousands of users at large enterprises

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or another Information Technology field • Alternatively, a university degree in any area with a specialization in Information Technology • Desired certifications: Oracle Certified Professional – Java SE Programmer (version 5 or higher), CSD – Certified Scrum Developer, PSD – Professional Scrum Developer • Knowledge of financial systems development • Knowledge of agile principles and practices: Agile Manifesto, Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP) and Kanban • Knowledge of continuous integration and delivery and DevOps practices • Experience with Jenkins, Sonar, Maven, Nexus and Azure DevOps Service • Knowledge and experience in configuration and change management with ClearCase, SVN and Git • Analysis and specification of functional, non-functional and agile requirements • Design patterns and programming best practices • Enterprise systems integration • Microservices architecture and development, including tracing, APIs, fault tolerance, metrics and health checks • Docker and Kubernetes • Migration from monolithic systems to microservices • Relational data modeling • Layered architecture and MVC model • Responsive interfaces and Progressive Web Applications (PWA) • Messaging, JMS, web services, WebSphere Message Broker, REST, SOA and EJB 3 • Java Swing • Jenkins, TDD, ATDD, specification by example, refactoring and continuous delivery • JavaScript/ECMAScript, Ajax, jQuery, AngularJS, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3, ASP and .NET • UX and usability concepts • Unit, integration, system/functional, acceptance, load, performance, vulnerability, usability and accessibility testing; test automation • JUnit, Selenium WebDriver and JMeter • Building mocks/stubs • Java Web: JEE, JSE, MicroProfile, Java 8+, Apache Velocity and Spring • JSF, JPA and Struts • JBoss, WebSphere, Liberty servers and Quarkus framework • Multi-tenant application architecture • Linux and static analysis with SonarQube • Web application refactoring • Reverse engineering • CMT transaction management • SQL • Eclipse, Visual Studio Code, Ant and Apache Maven • MUMPS programming • Caché database • OpenVMS and/or Linux • CICS, CICS/WEB, Broker, MQ Series, SOAP and API interfaces are desirable • Delphi programming • Three-tier architecture and MVC • Enterprise PowerBuilder • Development for UNIX-like systems • ISO 8583 message routing • Financial technologies J/XFS, CWA and FDI, with integration of banking peripherals • Cryptography
