📋 Description

• Develop and evolve backend applications in Python, focusing on quality, scalability, and maintainability • Build integrations between products, platforms, and internal and external services • Participate in defining and evolving the technical architecture of solutions • Ensure engineering best practices, including automated testing, observability, documentation, and code review • Collaborate with engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers to build scalable solutions • Use AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security, and maintainability • Build an AI agent builder for integration across RD Station products

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in backend development with Python • Good understanding of software architecture, REST APIs, and event-driven systems • Strong command of software engineering principles, including SOLID, Clean Code, and Design Patterns • Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience with automated testing, code review, and collaborative development • Ability to work autonomously in early-stage or evolving environments with a high degree of experimentation and ambiguity • Plus: experience with applied AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, MLOps or LLMOps • Plus: experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Datadog • Plus: knowledge of messaging and asynchronous processing, such as Kafka and Pub/Sub • Plus: active participation in communities and knowledge sharing
