📋 Description

• Develop and keep the system test strategy up to date • Build, maintain and update test scripts and artifacts • Monitor the development of requests from conception and support quality practices throughout the development cycle • Validate deliverables from development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests • Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications • Support user-manager acceptance of requests • Promote continuous improvement of the quality of CAIXA applications • Ensure traceability between test artifacts, requirements and source code • Manage and generate test data • Manage, configure, maintain and standardize development and test environments • Maintain test data, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines and business processes • Create and execute automated and manual scripts, recording and analyzing results • Execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional and non-functional tests • Build mocks, stubs and simulators • Evaluate system performance and security • Monitor test coverage and promote its increase • Log defects and evaluate results of test cycles • Support managers and teams in the validation/approval of requests • Assist the Product Owner with acceptance criteria and sprint story acceptance • Perform ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Maintain cycles, daily and monthly routines, batch jobs and interfaces in defined environments • Plan and execute tests according to scope and available time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or another Information Technology field; or a bachelor's degree in any area with a specialization in Information Technology • At least one required certification: ATC from IBQTS, CBTS from ALATS or equivalent, CTFL, or CTFL-AT / ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester • Knowledge of test management, defect tracking, test automation, test data generation and virtualized interfaces • Experience in test planning and management • Ability to create automated and manual scripts and execute tests with variable data sets (datapool) • Knowledge of functional, non-functional, acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load testing • Knowledge of mocks, stubs and simulators • Knowledge of non-functional performance requirements and use of specific tools and monitors • Knowledge of requirement notations in agile and traditional models • Ability to create tests based on business scenarios, experience and defects • Understanding of systems under test, business, requirements, programming and testing • Knowledge of ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Knowledge of software security, vulnerabilities and OWASP • Knowledge of tools specialized in automation, performance and test planning, management and execution • Experience with test documentation, including plans, scripts, evidence and test data • Knowledge of bug tracking and automated testing tools
