📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the system test strategy and the artifacts required for test execution • Monitor the development of requests from conception, supporting quality practices throughout the lifecycle • Validate deliveries from development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests • Map and update the applications' critical path • Support user acceptance and system sign-off • Promote continuous improvement of application quality • Maintain test data sets, scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines and test processes • Create, execute and analyze automated and manual test scripts • Perform acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load tests • Build mocks, stubs and simulators • Assess system performance and security, including OWASP aspects • Monitor test coverage and log defects found • Support Product Owners in defining acceptance and sign-off criteria for stories • Conduct ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Manage and maintain development, testing, lab and staging/UAT environments • Ensure traceability between requirements, source code and test artifacts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or another IT-related field • Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology • Hold at least one of the required or equivalent certifications: ATC/IBQTS, CBTS/ALATS, CTFL or CTFL-AT/ISTQB-BSTQB • Knowledge of test management tools, defect management, test automation, test data generation, and virtualized interfaces • Knowledge of requirement notations in both agile and traditional models • Ability to design tests based on business scenarios, user experience and defect analysis • Understanding of system behavior under test, requirements, programming and testing concepts • Knowledge of common defects and software testing techniques • Ability to plan and execute tests within the available scope and deadlines • Knowledge of security testing and validation, vulnerability identification and OWASP • Knowledge of non-functional performance requirements and use of specific tools and monitors • Ability to use automation, performance, test planning, management and execution tools • Experience in test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, evidence and test data sets • Ability to create scripts in specialized tools and run automation using variable data pools • Knowledge of bug tracking and test automation • Experience in test management and planning • Position also open to people with disabilities (PwD)
