📋 Description

• Develop and keep the system test strategy up to date • Build, maintain and update scripts, artifacts, mocks, routines and test processes • Follow the development of requests from conception and support quality practices throughout the development lifecycle • Validate deliveries performed by development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests • Map and update the critical path of CAIXA applications • Support user acceptance activities for requests by the business owner • Promote continuous improvement of CAIXA application quality together with the Certification team designated by Caixa • Ensure traceability between test artifacts, requirements, source code and other work products • Manage and generate test data sets • Create, configure, maintain and align development and test environments • Maintain the test structure of involved systems in operation • Plan tests and produce strategies, plans, test cases and test scripts • Create and execute automated and manual scripts, recording and analyzing results • Run acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load tests • Build mocks, stubs and simulators • Evaluate non-functional performance requirements using specialized tools and monitors • Monitor test coverage and drive its improvement • Log defects and link them to the relevant work products • Evaluate results of each test cycle • Support managers and teams in the certification (homologation) of requests • Create tests based on business scenarios, experience and defects • Understand how systems under test operate and develop software test scenarios • Support the Product Owner in defining acceptance criteria and accepting sprint stories • Assist in writing automated unit tests • Perform ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Maintain cycles of systems in UAT and lab environments, including daily and monthly routines, batch jobs and interfaces • Plan and execute tests, aligning scope with available time • Perform security tests and validations, identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements • Assess common security aspects indicated by OWASP • Identify target test items to be evaluated by the testing effort

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or another Information Technology field • Alternatively, a bachelor's degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology • Possess at least one required or equivalent certification: ATC, CBTS, CTFL, CTFL-AT or ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level – Agile Tester • Knowledge of test management tools, defect management tools, test automation, test data generation and service virtualization/interface virtualization • Knowledge of requirement notations in agile and traditional models • Knowledge of defect types and software testing techniques • Familiarity with test management, bug tracking and test automation tools • Experience in test planning and test management • Ability to create automated and manual scripts using specialized tools • Ability to execute automated tests with variable test data pools (datapool) • Ability to evaluate non-functional performance requirements using specialized tools and monitors • Ability to perform security tests and validations, identify vulnerabilities and propose improvements • Ability to assess common security aspects indicated by OWASP • Experience producing basic test documentation, such as plans, test scripts, evidence and test data sets • Ability to plan and execute tests according to available scope and deadlines • Ability to understand systems under test, business requirements, programming and testing • Ability to create tests based on business scenarios, experience and defects • Ability to develop software test scenarios • Ability to identify common software faults and errors • Ability to assist in writing automated unit tests • Ability to perform ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example
