📋 Description

• Develop and maintain the system test strategy • Build, maintain and update test scripts, artifacts, simulators, routines and testing processes • Track requirements from conception and support quality practices throughout the development lifecycle • Validate deliveries from development teams • Plan and execute functional and non-functional tests • Map and update the critical path of applications • Support acceptance and UAT of requests and user stories with business stakeholders and the Product Owner • Promote continuous improvement of application quality • Ensure traceability between test artifacts, requirements, source code and other artifacts • Manage and generate test data sets • Manage, configure, maintain and standardize development, staging (homologation), lab and test environments • Execute acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, exploratory, connectivity, vulnerability, stress and load tests • Create mocks, stubs and simulators • Evaluate non-functional performance and security requirements, including OWASP aspects • Log defects, analyze results and track test coverage • Create tests based on business scenarios, user experience and defects • Apply ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Maintain system cycles and daily, monthly, batch routines and interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Data Processing, Information Systems, Informatics, Computer Engineering or other IT-related fields; or a bachelor's degree in any field with a specialization in Information Technology • At least one of the following certifications (or equivalent): ATC/IBQTS, CBTS/ALATS, CTFL or CTFL-AT / ISTQB / BSTQB • Knowledge of test management, defect management, bug tracking, test automation, performance testing tools, test data generation and virtualized interfaces • Experience in test management and planning • Ability to produce test documentation, including strategies, plans, test cases, test scripts/scenarios, evidence and scripts • Ability to create and execute automated and manual scripts using variable data pools (datapools) • Knowledge of acceptance, compatibility, regression, integration, functional, non-functional, security, performance, stress and load testing • Knowledge of ATDD, BDD and/or Specification by Example • Understanding of requirements in both agile and traditional models • Ability to build mocks, stubs and simulators • Knowledge of vulnerabilities and security techniques, including OWASP • Ability to plan and execute tests according to scope and deadlines • Ability to identify target items, defects, bugs and software vulnerabilities • Understanding of business domain, requirements, programming and testing throughout the development lifecycle
