📋 Description

• Conduct user research and usability testing • Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma/Design • Apply digital accessibility principles in accordance with WCAG and e-MAG v3.1 • Work with the Government Design System (gov.br/ds) and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) • Develop new features in collaboration with the technology team • Contribute to robust, scalable products that impact thousands of users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication Design, Digital Design, or Web Design • Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree and 360 hours of postgraduate study in the field • Knowledge of Figma/Design • Knowledge of digital accessibility, including WCAG and e-MAG v3.1 • Knowledge of the Government Design System (gov.br/ds) • Knowledge of Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD)
