📋 Description

• You actively advise and sell by phone and email — always inbound-driven but with a clear sales target. • You create tailored offers, send them by email or by post, and drive them to closure. • You assist customers in transitioning from legacy devices to modern, radio-based metering systems. • You answer questions about device options, pricing, delivery times, and benefits, confidently guiding customers to a “yes.” • When needed, you make brief, purposeful outbound follow-up calls (e.g., following up on offers or clarifying open items).

🎯 Requirements

• Enthusiasm for sales and a strong desire to close deals • Some initial sales experience, or the talent and motivation to hit the ground running • Excellent German, spoken and written (C2) • Quick comprehension, initiative, and strong closing skills • Confident use of PC, email applications and, ideally, CRM systems • A stable internet connection and a quiet home office workspace
