📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for corporate and G&A roles — from kickoff to offer and close • Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles, set expectations, and run structured interview processes • Source and engage high-caliber candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern outreach tools • Manage multiple open roles simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience • Track recruiting performance, pipeline health, and hiring metrics to ensure accountability and transparency • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, scorecards, and dashboards for scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Proven full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on corporate or G&A functions • Strong sourcing acumen — proactive, persistent, and data-driven • Experience running a structured hiring process from intake to close • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment • Familiarity with ATS tools (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruiting analytics (dashboards, scorecards, pipelines) • Prior experience hiring for high-growth SaaS/startup environment is a plus
