Glow25 is a German direct-to-consumer wellness brand and online shop offering collagen-based nutritional supplements and related products aimed at skin health, beauty and general wellbeing. The company sells collagen powders and capsules (including marine and fortified formulas), runs subscription options, promotes a community and content (podcast, science advisory board), and uses Shopify for e-commerce, marketing and analytics.

📋 Description

• You systematically analyze market, trend, and consumer data and translate your findings into concrete recommendations for our product portfolio. • You are responsible for KPI analysis and use data-driven insights deliberately to refine and advance product decisions. • You take ownership of the commercial conception, planning, implementation and global launch of new and existing products from start to finish. • You establish and maintain a structured product development process and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned at all times. • You are the central point of contact for internal teams and external partners, keep all product information complete and up to date, and make it accessible to all stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field. • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in a D2C company within the dietary supplements, food, or cosmetics sectors. • You have strong knowledge of commercial product development and are experienced in managing multiple projects in parallel. • You are familiar with the regulatory requirements in your field and apply this knowledge confidently in practice. • You communicate fluently in German and English—both written and spoken—at a minimum C1 level. German language skills are mandatory for this role. • You are proficient with Google Workspace and adapt quickly to digital tools. • Experience with Asana is a nice-to-have but not required.
