📋 Description

• Deploy new releases of Azure solutions to customer environments • Plan update cycles together with the Dev Squad • Ensure that customer environments remain up to date • Prepare new customer environments, including repository initialization, parameterization, and baseline deployment • Process batch tickets across multiple customer environments, such as security findings, workflow adjustments, and configuration changes • Document all implemented changes clearly and thoroughly • Analyze and resolve issues in automated deployment and update processes, or escalate them to the Dev Squad in a structured manner • Handle tickets within the managed service • Support the squad’s architects with recurring technical tasks • Standardize and automate recurring processes • Document and share learnings from rollouts and updates across the team

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Azure IaaS and PaaS • Understanding of Azure Landing Zone architecture • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform or OpenTofu • Practical experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub • Foundational knowledge of Azure networking and security, including Private Endpoints, DNS, Entra ID, RBAC, and Azure Policy • Careful, structured, and process-oriented approach to work • Willingness to obtain current Microsoft Azure certifications • Openness to new technologies • Confident use of AI tools in day-to-day work • Clear communication skills in German and English • Customer interaction as part of the role • Willingness to take on routine tasks and recurring processes
