📋 Description

• Development of new membership offerings based on market, trend and community analyses • Management of projects and pilot formats from concept to implementation • Assessment of opportunities and risks and translation of findings into concrete recommendations for action • Presentation of concepts and results to internal and external stakeholders • Management of external partners and service providers to ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Product Management or a comparable qualification • At least 2 years of experience in product development, project management or community work • Analytical thinking combined with strong execution skills • Familiarity with association or membership organization structures • Willingness to moderate virtual meetings in the evenings or at weekends, with compensatory time off • Digital proficiency, clear, empathetic and inclusive communication, and strong teamwork skills
