📋 Description

• About Gnosis Pay: Gnosis Pay provides the API and card-program infrastructure that enables wallets, fintechs, and businesses to issue stablecoin-powered payment cards and create custom payment flows. • As the CTO, you will transition the engineering team from early-stage delivery into a highly structured, scalable, and predictable product-engineering engine. • Partner closely with the C-level and other executive leaders to translate business objectives into a comprehensive, multi-year technical roadmap. • Establish architectural guardrails and high-level system design standards. Ensure our core payment services remain highly available, secure, fault-tolerant, and performant at a global scale. • Oversee the incident response framework, disaster recovery planning, and security protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• Scale-Up Technical Leadership: Proven track record as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or senior organizational leader within a rapidly scaling fintech, payments, or Web3 organization (ideally 50–200+ people). • Deep Payments Domain Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating with and operating card scheme rails (e.g., Visa/Mastercard). • Strong Technical Foundation: Deep conceptual and architectural understanding of Go and TypeScript. • Domain-Driven Design (DDD): Strong practical mastery of DDD, complex data schemas, and backend refactoring or language migration initiatives in high-throughput environments. • Web3 & Blockchain Literacy: Familiarity with Web3 infrastructure, smart contract interactions, self-custody wallets, and decentralized finance (DeFi) primitives. • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding ability to translate highly complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders, partners, and the executive board.
