• 1–3 years experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid media, or e-commerce • Deep familiarity with TikTok and short-form content ecosystems • Strong written communication skills • Comfortable working inside spreadsheets and performance dashboards • Highly organized and deadline-oriented • Data-curious and performance-minded • Coachable and eager to grow • Thrives in fast-moving environments • Bonus if you have: TikTok Shop experience, Affiliate platform experience, Experience briefing creators, Exposure to paid social testing, Experience in wellness, beauty, CPG, or fashion verticals
