📋 Description

• Develop and execute a company marketing strategy, including: Creating content calendar • Identifying the best marketing channels to reach leaders • Creating systems for managing social media, marketing, and communication • Develop a brand framework • Manage Facebook, Instagram, and other social media accounts • Create and distribute marketing content • Other possible projects may include: Graphic design • Web design • Develop email and newsletter copy

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience working in communications or marketing • 0-3 years of experience in the leader field (travel, international education, experiential education) • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related field OR a combination of education and work experience • A proactive, disciplined work ethic and comfort working in a remote team environment • Strong critical thinking and analysis • Excellent project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Superb organizational skills • A roll-up-your-sleeves, get-it-done attitude • Experience working in a high pressure, high demand, and fast-paced growth environment • Experience with developing or delivering content strategy • Strong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, and copy-editing • Comfortable giving and receiving constructive edits and feedback
