📋 Description

• Coordinate interviews for recruiting staff, including initial reach out, adding to calendars, reaching out to individuals who no-call/no-show interviews and troubleshooting issues. • Assist with the I-9 audit and moving files between the old HRIS system and the new system. • Focus on ensuring all auto insurance and drivers' licenses are accurate and up-to-date. • Answer basic HR questions and ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred • Prior experience in HR required • Previous experience in the investigative industry is helpful • Strong ability to multitask and remain calm in emergencies • Superb conflict resolution skills • Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times • Strong knowledge of laws and regulations • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems
