📋 Description

• Lead the development of brand and campaign strategies • Ensure alignment between client objectives and creative outputs • Lead consulting projects and develop client relationships in line with their needs and objectives • Coordinate timelines and workloads across multiple strategists and analysts • Review and provide guidance on team deliverables, coordinating with analysts • Facilitate brainstorming sessions and strategic workshops • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and the team on strategic matters • Take responsibility for the strategic direction of key client accounts

🎯 Requirements

• Strong skills in developing insights, frameworks, and creative concepts • Cross-channel expertise spanning social, brand, digital, performance, and business • Structured, clear, and confident communication • Experience managing and supervising Associates or Junior Strategists on a project basis • Strong knowledge of pop culture • Pitch experience • Proactive communication skills • High level of resilience, team spirit, and prioritization skills • Fluency in German and English
