We are Social Media Marketing Specialists and have designed a mobile platform that will help generate sales leads for anyone selling anything, and connections for those who are building a client base. This is a wide reaching service that can be used by real estate professionals, corporate businesses, car dealerships, health clubs, community efforts, churches, non-profits, bands, golf proshops, and many others. We want to help you gain more name space and to get your brand out there for people to see through the growing world of social media.

📋 Description

• Strategic direction: You develop strategic positioning, define target audiences, and create comprehensive communication strategies • Creative concepting: Independently conceive and develop forward-looking strategies and creative concepts • 360° consulting: Provide full-service, holistic 360° advice to assigned accounts • Research & audits: Conduct in-depth market and audience research as well as desk audits • Cross-functional coordination: Coordinate projects in close collaboration with our analysts • Storytelling & presentation: Create clearly structured, persuasive slide decks and audits, and confidently present your findings and strategies in client calls and pitch meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy (e.g., at an agency or consultancy) • Able to independently manage the strategy for small to mid-sized accounts • Act as the primary client contact on assigned accounts and maintain strong relationships with brand and stakeholder leads • Strong skills in research, synthesis, and storytelling • Skilled at spotting trends and decoding cultural phenomena (cultural decoding) • Structured, clear, and confident communicator — both internally and with clients • Language skills: German and English at least C1 level • A collaborative mindset: able to set clear priorities under pressure, highly resilient, and consistently proactive in communication
