📋 Description

• Handle the routine work in Human Resources area, such as employee on-boarding, probation management, contract renewal, resignation/termination related data entry and documents maintenance • Assist in the management of employee profiles and database. • Meet and greet our employees to ensure a smooth onboarding process for the new employees. • Serve as an escalation point for EOR workers and make sure their issues and concerns can be solved quickly in professional way. Proactively reply to labor law, income tax, social insurance related questions no matter to internal team or EOR workers. • Assist in handling social security, housing fund and other related affairs and keep good communication with related parties including payroll team. • Travel irregularly to oversee the employees in the assigned region. Participate in various HR meetings, forums, actively promote Company’s brand and service products, communicate service opportunities and provide collected data from on-site activities to relevant departments and colleagues. • Other Ad Hoc Projects being requested

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or Bachelor degree with more than one year related experience. (excellent fresh graduates can also be considered) • Major in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred • Have basic English reading and writing skill • Proficient with all kinds of office software, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc. • Have a clear career development plan, honest, responsible and patient • Good communication and adaptability, with sense of solving problems timely in proper way • An active learner and be able to work under pressure.
