📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership to the team, guiding architecture, development and quality decisions. • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand, detail and prioritize requirements. • Translate business needs into technical solutions, user stories, acceptance criteria and implementation plans. • Define approaches for Java applications, microservices, integrations, messaging and databases. • Conduct and guide code reviews to ensure quality, security and adherence to technical standards. • Support the team in resolving complex issues, performing impact analysis and troubleshooting. • Use AI in requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, code review and documentation. • Provide guidance on using LLMs, RAG, context management, agents, multi-agent systems and guardrails within the engineering workflow. • Establish best practices for using AI tools, avoiding reliance on unvalidated outputs. • Work with architecture, security, DevOps and other teams involved in delivery. • Support the evolution of the development pipeline, including cards, branches, PRs, tests, validations and CI/CD. • Track AI-driven improvements in speed, quality and reduction of rework.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, JPA and Spring Batch. • Proficiency in microservices, hexagonal architecture, APIs and integrations. • Experience with MongoDB, Oracle, RabbitMQ and Kafka. • Knowledge of automated testing with JUnit and Mockito. • Experience with GitLab, CI/CD and code review processes. • Ability to design solutions and assess technical and architectural impacts. • Experience providing technical leadership to developers and leading discussions with business stakeholders. • Hands-on experience applying AI to software development. • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering and context engineering. • Familiarity with RAG, agents, multi-agent systems and guardrails. • Experience in a banking environment.
