📋 Description
• Financial management & reporting: reliable and structured financial reporting (P&L, cash flow, KPIs) • Overall performance analysis (revenue, margins, costs) • Cash management: daily monitoring and forecasting • Advise and support founders in strategic decision-making • Secure tax-related matters and oversee legal aspects
🎯 Requirements
• 10–15 years of experience as a CFO, Finance Director (DAF) or senior Finance Manager • Experience in international environments with complex tax issues • Experience supporting company structuring and growth (startup, scale-up, or SME) • Team management experience, ideally with distributed/remote teams • Experience in digital businesses or infopreneurship is a plus
