📋 Description

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the GoMining platform. • Build and operate a scalable shared platform used by multiple GoMining products. • Decide which capabilities should be centralized versus owned by individual product teams. • Prioritize platform investments according to technical risk and business impact. • Collaborate directly with product General Managers and C-level stakeholders. • Own uptime, availability, latency, reliability, SLAs, operational performance, incidents, post-incident improvements, release stability, engineering performance, and DORA metrics. • Identify technical bottlenecks before they become business-critical. • Own shared authentication, registration, authorization, 2FA, user restrictions, account controls, integrations, analytics events, native applications, common product infrastructure, and design-system capabilities. • Understand platform dependencies across business lines and handle high-priority platform requests affecting revenue or customer experience. • Balance urgent commercial requests with long-term technical and security priorities. • Create transparent prioritization mechanisms across internal stakeholders. • Measure the Platform by technical performance and its ability to accelerate the wider company. • Build security into platform architecture and engineering processes. • Work with Security, Risk, and relevant teams; own platform-level security initiatives. • Improve authentication, authorization, access controls, and platform resilience. • Use AI tools and agents day to day and introduce AI-assisted workflows across engineering, specifications, analytics, QA, and operations. • Lead the engineering team with the Tech Lead. • Own priorities, backlog, releases, incidents, delivery, metrics, hiring, development, and team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience leading platform, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams. • Experience building shared infrastructure used by multiple products or engineering teams. • Hands-on understanding of uptime, reliability, incidents, security, and high-load systems. • Strong understanding of platform architecture and integrations. • Experience with authentication, authorization, shared services, or similar platform capabilities. • Ability to balance technical priorities with immediate business needs. • Strong product and commercial mindset. • Ability to communicate effectively with both engineers and business leaders. • Experience managing engineering teams and delivery. • Strong data-driven approach. • Real hands-on use of AI tools and agents. • Experience in fintech, crypto, gaming, hosting, or another high-load technology environment is highly relevant.
