📋 Description
• Contact approved vendors for support • Research and onboard new vendors as needed • Obtain landlord approval in accordance with management agreement terms • Escalate issues to PME as needed • Coordinate maintenance and repairs upon approval • Develop and implement maintenance plans • Ensure quality control standards are consistently met • Purchase required equipment, tools, or materials • Assess procedures and recommend improvements • Order and coordinate delivery of appliances and materials for occupied properties • Approve maintenance invoices • Troubleshoot maintenance tickets • Track performance using KPIs including service-request completion time, phone pick-up rate, and positive online reviews • Perform all other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• College degree preferred • Minimum of 1 year of maintenance coordination experience • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills • Basic knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Drive, and Google Sheets • Experience with Appfolio and LeadSimple preferred • Internet speed of 50 Mbps or above • Ability to work 8:30–5:00 PST hours • Proficiency in English • Must be seeking a 1099 contract position
