📋 Description

• Coordinate the remote installation of a local software component in dental practices via TeamViewer • Collaborate with the practice’s IT team and the internal IT team • Independently perform software installations and ensure correct system connectivity • Configure communication channels such as WhatsApp • Support practice teams with questions and onboarding • Provide support and communicate professionally with customers throughout the implementation phase • Serve as the first point of contact for technical questions • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Engineering teams • Support internal IT management and make effective use of IT resources • Optional: Troubleshoot technical issues by understanding the database system and its underlying logic

🎯 Requirements

• Technical aptitude and initial experience working with software installations or IT systems • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for customer interaction • Proactive and solution-oriented approach to work • Good command of English for internal communication • Native-level German for collaborating with dental practices in Germany • Independent and structured working style • Willingness to work in a dynamic, growing startup • Excellent organizational skills • Enjoyment of phone-based and customer-facing work
