📋 Description

• You will lead the technical execution of learning programs by configuring paths, managing enrollments, and maintaining data integrity within our LMS (Docebo) to ensure a seamless learner experience. • You will build and interpret robust analytics—covering attendance, completions, and engagement—to identify trends and gaps that inform continuous improvement of our learning initiatives. • You will act as a bridge between global learning teams and local HR, managing the internal learning inbox, local training coordination, and the monthly learning newsletter to ensure cross-functional alignment. • You will own various high-impact projects, such as accessibility initiatives and SharePoint management, while ensuring compliance training schedules and audits meet all regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in enterprise-level learning management systems (Docebo preferred), including course setup, learner management, and system optimization. • Skills in data interpretation and problem-solving, with the ability to transform raw reporting metrics into clear, actionable business insights. • English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with the confidence to deliver clear presentations and collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a global environment. • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with a track record of managing multiple systems and high-stakes data with consistency and accuracy. • Experience working closely with HR or business partners to coordinate and deliver local training solutions that align with broader global strategies.
