📋 Description

• Build and deliver a robust pipeline to achieve agreed sales and revenue targets • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across priority markets and sectors • Expand existing client relationships to drive account growth and long-term value • Develop a strong regional network, particularly with Chief Learning and Talent Executives • Lead and execute business development initiatives across the region • Partner with the European Senior Director of Talent & Learning Solutions and wider sales teams to align on growth strategy • Execute targeted sales strategies and lead generation campaigns • Develop, write, and refine compelling, outcome-driven sales proposals • Deliver impactful client presentations and pitches that resonate at senior levels • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and delivery teams across regions and business units

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, selling to large enterprises, managing sales cycles of 6-8 weeks • Proven success of selling project-based learning content design and development solutions • Track record of building and converting new business pipelines • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close opportunities • Advanced communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working across regional or international markets
