📋 Description
• Apply business, industry, and organizational trends to consultations. • Work with our sales team to scope new opportunities. • Build trusting relationships with clients, colleagues, and teams. • Lead conversations with high-level stakeholders. • Analyze new work to recommend performance-based solutions. • Educate clients on the training development process. • Evaluate a client’s readiness to begin work. • Collaborate with experts to document project risks. • Onboard and lead design teams on projects. • Create learner personas and journeys. • Develop solution recommendation presentations. • Review deliverables to ensure alignment with quality expectations. • Demonstrate curiosity and apply instructional design theory. • Contribute to the expertise of colleagues in the community.
🎯 Requirements
• 10 years of experience in commercial instructional design • 2 years of consulting experience • Must be willing and able to work PST hours • Experience in Organizational Change Management, Leadership Training, Growth/Sales, and/or People Leader Enablement.
