📋 Description

• Coordinating and scheduling training sessions across multiple programmes • Managing enrolments and issuing joining instructions • Booking trainers, venues, accommodation, and logistics • Liaising with vendors (hotels, catering, print suppliers, etc.) • Handling participant and stakeholder queries via phone and email • Ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule • Maintaining accurate records across systems and reporting tools • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German and English (both written and spoken) • Experience in administration, operations, or customer service • Strong organisational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Confidence working across international teams and time zones • Ability to stay calm and deliver under pressure
