📋 Description

• Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers • Own technical customer engagements and help close complex opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical skill, and credibility • Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge base articles, and create public or private enablement materials • Act as a bridge between Grafana Labs engineering teams, customers, and Sales • Educate potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction

🎯 Requirements

• Located in Tokyo, Japan • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience • Ideally experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate Grafana’s value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC is a plus
