📋 Description

• Work across the entire system including backend services in Go and frontend in TypeScript/React • Own features end-to-end across the stack • Design and evolve systems, contribute to architectural decisions • Build cross-product and AI-assisted workflows • Ensure operability at enterprise scale • Break down complex problems into deliverables • Participate in testing, observability, and documentation • Be part of the team's on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable working in a remote-first company • Collaborative, friendly, kind, and respectful mindset • Strong Go programming skills or experience in systems languages (Rust, Java, C++) • Operational mindset with experience in production services • Systems thinker focusing on interactions between components • Pragmatic approach with short feedback loops • Understanding of user-centered software development processes • Use of AI tools in engineering workflow is appreciated
