📋 Description

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence while securing brand deals • Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Collaborate with internal teams to shape strategy and expand the talent roster • Manage creators’ careers, audience growth, and content monetisation • Work independently and remotely in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Already very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Resume and cover letter required • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies
