📋 Description

• Manage the careers of content creators and help them grow their audiences and monetize their content • Oversee influencer portfolios and help talent grow platform presence while securing brand deals • Scout and sign new creators, focusing on emerging and established influencers • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams on strategy and expanding Grail Talent’s roster • Use in-house software and expertise to support creator management • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment

🎯 Requirements

• Very familiar with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies • Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
