📋 Description

• Complete structured tasks within healthcare applications and digital workflows • Work with platforms such as Epic, MyChart, Meditech, Athena, CoverMyMeds, 3M CodeFinder, HealthEquity, and Lifeline • Evaluate AI-generated actions and outputs for accuracy and realism • Apply practical knowledge of patient records, documentation, billing, coding, and prior-authorization workflows • Identify incorrect, incomplete, or unrealistic system interactions • Provide detailed annotations and structured feedback according to project guidelines • Assess whether workflows reflect real-world healthcare operations and system usage • Collaborate with the project team and incorporate feedback when needed • Deliver assigned work according to established quality and timeline expectations

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in healthcare administration, clinical documentation, medical billing/coding, or a closely related healthcare role • Direct professional experience with at least one EHR or healthcare platform such as Epic, Meditech, Athena, MyChart, or CoverMyMeds • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows such as patient records, billing cycles, coding, prior authorizations, or clinical documentation • Ability to evaluate whether healthcare-system workflows are accurate and practically realistic • Experience working with structured healthcare data or digital patient-management systems • English proficiency at B2 level or above
