📋 Description

• Advise farmers and forest owners on selecting, establishing, and evolving agricultural legal structures (EARL, GAEC, SCEA, commercial companies, GFA, etc.) • Prepare legal and/or tax analyses and documents related to operators’ projects, from business start-up through succession and transfer • Monitor legal and regulatory developments • Collaborate with specialized business start-up and succession advisors to facilitate connections between outgoing and incoming operators • Lead meetings and training sessions for farmers • Travel within the department

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Higher agricultural education with a specialization in Company Law, Tax Law, or Business Law • Knowledge of rural law preferred • Legal drafting skills • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Excellent interpersonal and listening skills • Thoroughness and autonomy • Enjoyment of teamwork • Valid driver’s license required
