📋 Description

• Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to deliver SaaS-based solutions • Communicate and work effectively with others to create high-quality software • Improve processes and product design and architecture • Drive innovation through new product ideas • Perform technology and feasibility studies • Design secure, performant, scalable, and highly available solutions • Develop technical solutions to complex problems and drive them through implementation • Troubleshoot and fix production issues involving deployments, networking, configuration, databases, performance, stability, security, and application logic • Help team members solve complex or urgent problems • Mentor and provide technical training to team members • Train and onboard new hires • Champion the development team’s core values • Integrate AI into product features, workflows, and decision-making processes • Identify opportunities for AI to improve efficiency, automation, or customer value and drive initiatives end-to-end • Deploy and support applications in higher environments

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a .NET Developer developing, testing, shipping, and supporting production-quality SaaS-based web applications • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices • Experience conducting code reviews • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues • Proficiency in C# and the .NET framework • Experience with ASP.NET MVC, Web API, .NET 6/8, and other .NET technologies • Strong experience developing unit, integration, E2E, and load/stress tests • Strong experience with relational databases such as MS SQL • Strong understanding of Azure services, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Functions, and AKS • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, React, JavaScript, and jQuery • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML technologies, applied AI use cases, and modern AI tooling • Experience experimenting with generative AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills • Analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile development environments • Proficiency with version control systems such as Git • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve skills • Must appropriately preserve the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Granicus information assets • Must ensure employee and customer data privacy and complete required privacy training • No degree requirement stated; Granicus does not have degree requirements for most roles
