• Leverage your expertise to develop complex campaigns within The Trade Desk and other DSPs to achieve desired results • Manage budgets and bid strategies to maximize performance • Provide internal and client-facing insights on digital campaign performance and reporting • Drive new ideas and execution to improve the performance of campaigns, including account structure, bidding strategy, ad format, and audience targeting • Ensure campaigns' KPIs are met and within budget requirements, tracking costs and ROI • Contribute to building and analyzing reports on campaign success, developing a summary for sales teams to utilize in current and future opportunities • Help team members with troubleshooting and communication
• 3+ years of digital marketing experience in DSPs across display, video, audio, DOOH, Streaming TV, Omnichannel, and gaming • The Trade Desk Edge Academy is preferred, along with experience in Koaki • Demonstrated ability to create analyses that move beyond an explanation of “What happened” to “why it happened” and then to “what should be done”. • Excel power user (pivot tables, vlookup, index match, charts, etc • Experience with Google Analytics, pixel creation and implementation, and Google Tag Manager. • Team Player • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment
