📋 Description

• Co-design and deliver end-to-end features for B2B frontends • Write API contracts and independently deliver your own backend APIs • Orchestrate multiple AI agents in parallel across multiple projects and repositories • Lead, review, and make decisions on code produced by AI agents • Demand and verify code quality, refactoring, and security • Polish the user experience: loading states, empty states, errors, microcopy, accessibility, and pixel-perfect consistency • Balance speed of delivery against deeper technical or UI work • Take ownership of technical or UI debt and pay it down at the right time • Drive non-coding initiatives to completion: find partners, launch integrations, track projects, send emails, and follow up through production launch • Contribute to the development of three applications: web, iOS, and Android, as well as part of the backend • Help grow the team’s B2B engineering function

🎯 Requirements

• Obsessive attention to detail • Strong commitment and motivation to ship • Ability to balance releasing a V1 quickly with polishing the details • Strong technical foundation and experience with real products in production • Ability to read, assess, and correct code produced by AI • Understanding of architecture, ability to identify questionable decisions and security vulnerabilities • Hands-on experience with AI-agent-assisted development: breaking down work, launching and orchestrating multiple agents, framing prompts, reviewing, integrating, and iterating • Entrepreneurial experience—ideally having built a company, worked independently, freelanced, run a small business, or pursued indie hacking with real customers • Professional working proficiency in English • Strong communication skills • Interest in working on web, iOS, Android, and backend applications • No specific degree or minimum level of education required
