📋 Description

• Lead strategic Greenhouse product initiatives • Drive product vision and prioritize valuable features • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews • Design rapid experiments and prototypes to validate ideas and define the Minimum Viable Product • Analyze post-launch usage data and feedback to iterate toward product-market fit • Lead Go/No-Go decisions on scaling or pivoting products • Define the strategic roadmap and North Star metrics • Balance trade-offs across engineering, design, and business constraints • Identify, assess, and resolve roadblocks and risks • Lead cross-functional squads of engineers, designers, and data scientists without direct line management • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Finance on pricing, positioning, and long-term unit economic models • Provide regular status updates to clients, executives, and the team

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience • Ideally, at least 3+ years focused on 0-to-1 product development, startup environments, or founding PM roles • Experience ideally in B2B SaaS or a regulated industry such as FinTech, HRTech, or Healthcare • Expert-level understanding of Lean Startup methodologies, experiment design, and data instrumentation • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, understand technical architectures, and evaluate technical trade-offs • Ability to participate in technical system architecture, product design, and software development cycle discussions • Ability to understand AI/ML capabilities, limitations, and data requirements • Ability to collaborate with technical teams using frontier LLMs and determine when to use simpler rule-based systems • Strong communication and influence skills • Proven ability to pitch visions and secure buy-in from executive stakeholders • Applicants must provide evidence of their right to work in Ireland • Greenhouse cannot support employment permit applications for this role
