📋 Description

• Design and maintain digital product solutions for customers • Triage support tickets • Configure new customer implementations and maintain existing systems • Handle system configurations to onboard new customers globally and update systems as usage evolves • Assist in developing, testing, and supporting new applications within Bradken’s digital product suite • Contribute to scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and task estimation • Ensure system changes follow security policies, quality standards, and change management procedures • Protect Bradken’s intellectual property and follow Australian and international quality standards and internal software-development procedures • Create training materials and documentation to support user adoption • Administer change management processes • Identify cybersecurity risks, conduct code reviews, and promote secure development • Contribute to the swift development of software products within Bradken’s Digital Solution project • Report directly to the Software Lead

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IT with a focus on software development, or a related discipline is essential • Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in a corporate software development role • Full-stack capability is highly desirable • Demonstrated experience with ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#, Python, PostgreSQL, MS SQL, .NET, or closely related technologies • Proficient in agile methodologies • Experience working within a DevOps environment • Skilled in maintaining thorough documentation and records • Must complete a psychometric assessment before starting employment • Must complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol testing, before starting employment • Submit a resume and brief cover letter
