• Establish, document, and maintain global design standards for omnichannel content • Build and evolve a holistic design system spanning brand expression, motion principles, accessibility, and localization • Define quality benchmarks and lead design reviews • Architect scalable workstreams for content creation across global and local studios • Lead pilots and adoption of AI-assisted design workflows • Serve as SME across asset types (static, motion, interactive, 3D/AR, email, web) • Partner with Client GBS, Commercial, and Omnichannel Excellence
• 8–12+ years in design for omnichannel content • Proven track record building and governing design systems in complex, regulated environments; pharma/healthcare experience preferred • Hands-on expertise with advanced creative technologies: 3D modeling/animation (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D), real-time engines (e.g., Unity/Unreal), AR frameworks, and motion design • Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled design workflows and tools (e.g., image/video generation, layout assistants, asset tagging, component libraries) • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, Human–Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
