📋 Description

• Formulation, ownership and delivery of all HR strategies in liaison with the APAC Partnership and Group Chief People Officer • Report to the Group Chief People Officer with a dotted line to the Managing Director APAC; supervise the Senior TA Specialist • Lead and support on a continuous change agenda advising on people decisions to drive effectiveness • Develop appropriate human resource policies and standards to ensure effective, fair and equitable management • Provide advice, information and support to Company Management, line managers and employees on HR policies and procedures • Focus on continuous improvement of HR processes and procedures and prepare management reports on employee metrics • Execute talent, retention and succession planning initiatives in alignment with global teams and annual talent review • Manage the regional payroll process & execution alongside Finance and onboard contractor payment information • Stay up to date with compensation and benefits trends and liaise on annual salary benchmarking • Manage & oversee benefits & perks on/offboarding for all employees • Promote and arrange delivery of training relevant to operations; manage individual training plans • Coordinate performance management including appraisals, promotions and training for line managers • Lead on strategy and roll-out of DIB initiatives alongside Global Head of HR and regional HR & TA leads • Ensure employment policy and practices are in line with local Government, Greenpark policy and best practice standards

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum Experience: Senior Manager/Supervisor • Experience in HR strategy formulation, ownership and delivery • Experience advising senior management and regional leadership on people decisions • Experience with employee relations policy & process in-line with local & regional legislation • Experience in talent management, retention and succession planning • Experience managing compensation and benefits, payroll processes and contractor payments • Knowledge of compensation and benefits trends across Asia Pacific • Experience managing training and development programs and budgets • Experience implementing and coordinating performance management and appraisals • Familiarity with BambooHR (automated appraisal process) or similar HRIS • Experience leading Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging (DIB) initiatives • Knowledge of employment law and compliance in APAC markets • Ability to prepare HR reports (turnover, hires, resignations, training)
