• Leading the team that helps new customers get started, making sure they onboard and pass verification checks quickly, while following Griffin's rules to prevent financial crime • Owning our Customer Risk Assessments from start to finish, ensuring we capture, analyse and manage risks • Working with our commercial and customer success teams, driving onboarding velocity, reporting progress and streamlining the customer experience • Proven ability to implement thoughtful automation, improve efficiency and reduce onboarding times, without compromising quality • Ensuring compliance with our regulatory reporting schedule and the production of accurate materials to meet those obligations • Embracing your explorer spirit, you will challenge the way we do business today and help to implement genuine improvements to our operations
• Demonstrable experience in onboarding operations in a bank or other regulated financial organisation • A working knowledge of platform banking is highly desirable • Strong communicator (written and verbal) who manages customer expectations clearly and with a sense if urgency to get things done • Empathy, a strong desire to ensure genuine, compassionate support for our customers • Good judgement, you strike a good balance between experimentation and tried-and-tested solutions • A high degree of comfort adopting new software tools for document drafting, collaboration and communication. • A love of writing, we have a major amount of written documentation that you will be contributing to, and we place a high degree of importance on clarity and readability
