📋 Description

• Support the coordination of multiple AI production projects across video and imagery • Maintain schedules, task plans, deliverable overviews, project trackers, and databases • Coordinate uploads, assets, and project information throughout production • Support senior team members with day-to-day project coordination • Coordinate internal and external resources to keep deliverables on track • Manage feedback, versions, and approvals • Maintain asset lists and delivery checklists • Keep stakeholders updated on project status • Participate in internal reviews, project meetings, and client calls; capture decisions and follow-ups • Communicate proactively when information, feedback, or decisions are needed • Identify opportunities and risks and help develop solutions • Track hours and project progress • Organize and maintain project documents • Support general project administration and follow up on agreed actions • Work with senior project managers and production teams • Connect information, assets, and actions across The Hub • Contribute to improving workflows, tooling, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, production, or a similar environment • AI savvy, with a good understanding of generative AI tools and eagerness to keep learning • Proactive and self-starting, with confidence to take initiative • Organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Strong communication skills and comfort working with different stakeholders • Fluent in spoken and written English • Affinity with automotive and/or powersports is a plus • Resume and cover letter must be submitted in English • For applicants seeking to work from the Amsterdam office: EU passport or valid permit/visa to work in the Netherlands
