âą Support the implementation of Deakin Universityâs international student recruitment strategy âą Convert prospective students from enquiry through to application, offer, and acceptance âą Build strong relationships with prospective students, their families, and education agents through communication âą Engage with prospective students to convert enquiries into applications âą Support the organisation and delivery of conversion-focused activities and events âą Provide feedback on barriers impacting student decision-making âą Monitor conversion funnel performance and provide regular insights and reports âą Capture and log all prospective student enquiries across all channels in Salesforce CRM
âą Demonstrated experience in international student recruitment, sales, or a customer-facing role (preferably within the education sector) âą Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, families, and agents across cultures âą Proven ability to manage and convert leads through a sales or recruitment pipeline âą High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) âą Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address barriers to conversion âą Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment âą Proficiency in English.
